Celebrate & Elevate is a 8-week coaching program that guides participants through value and competency assessments, adopting a growth mindset, developing an impactful resume, curating an engaging portfolio, and selling your experience during the interview process.

  • Participants will receive one 45-minute 1 on 1 consultation session to establish goals for the duration of the program.

    Eight weekly 1-hour group workshops (max 15 attendees) guide participants through the coaching program, providing vision and feedback that they can apply to their job hunt and interview process.

    Weekly 1-hour office hours allow participants to submit questions that the coach will answer beforehand and provide additional insight into self-guided activities to be completed throughout the program.
