We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your Alberto account and all associated data, you can submit a request below.
What Gets Deleted
When your account deletion is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All saved resumes and resume content
- Job tracking data and notes
- AI interaction history (resume reviews, coaching responses)
- Intake form submissions and coaching session data
- Subscription status and preferences
⚠ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure to export or save any resumes or information you wish to keep before submitting your request.
Before You Delete
- Active subscription? Please cancel your subscription through the App Store, Google Play, or your original purchase platform before requesting deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.
- Upcoming coaching session? If you have a scheduled Dream coaching session, please cancel it within the app before requesting account deletion.
Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
